The staff warmly welcomed us. The crushed papaya welcome drink cooled us down from the scorching hot sun when we checked in. The chef prepared Sri Lankan crab as I had desired when I ordered lunch. They also checked with us on our breakfast preferences. The toilets and rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect.

fantastic nature, peaceful, beautiful beach / laguna, white sand, great views from the balcony and terrace. amazing architecture using recycled old valuable wood. Dining on the beach. large rooms. comfortable and clean. Great hospitality, very friendly team and warm welcome. great fresh (sea) food. many facilities available (snorkeling, diving, laundry etc.). Trincomalee is app. 20 minutes by tuk-tuk with bars and culture.

Friendliness of the staff, they really want to make everything as comfortable as possible. The room was really nice and clean great beds. The pool is open from 0830 till 2130 so the kids could go swimming after dinner which we really enjoyed. And its nice location close to the beach (500m walk). And with a tuktuk you can go to Uppuveli for more action and nice restaurants. Definitely go to Your Choice restaurant there.

A wonderful hotel. We were checked in earlier than expected and given a clean and cozy room. The hotel grounds were beautiful, especially the ocean view. We enjoyed the beauty of the pool and hot tub, which were beautifully lit at night. There were two adorable puppies and a small, always hungry cat living at the hotel, which added to the homely atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and attentive, always helping us with whatever we needed. We appreciated the ability to check out later than the designated time, which added convenience to our stay. We especially want to mention the delicious dinners we had at the hotel restaurant. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very pleasant, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and cozy hotel with excellent service.
