Incredible place, one of the nicest we stayed in Sri Lanka and it was just meant to be a stopover. Very comfortable room. Great common area and pool. River was really nice to swim in too. The best was the warm welcome from Lakshan and getting to chat with him. He is a great host and very good cook too! Would definitely recommend staying and eating there. Food was very reasonable prices and very good quality .

We chose to stay here for a few days after we landed at midnight from NZ . Beautiful property. Very comfortable, everything clean and staff exceptionally helpful & friendly. The property is a wonderful historic house that has been maintained to a high standard. The pool is amazing and overlooks the beautiful lake. The food is really good and the property gardens are on an impressively beautiful lake.The staff , chef, manager were all incredible and made us feel so welcome. They gave us a tour of the property’s coconut grove and gardens with cuisine menu sourced from fruit and veges grown on site, as well as guided complementary visit to local temple , weavers and a bike ride around the lake.

The staff is so nice and polite. When you enter this apartment you feel that you enter your home all the staff smiling and treats you like one of the family. All people should come and visit this hotel we like it so much next time I will come to this hotel next time when I visit Sri Lanka .

I stayed for two nights to arrive in Sri Lanka and I loved it. It’s very green and calm. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The free airport pick up worked out wonderful. The accommodation also provides a free SIM card. The owner even brought me to the bus terminal and made sure I got in the right bus on my way to Anuradhapura. I highly recommend this place if you want a slow and relaxed start.

10/10 would recommend! The staff have been super helpful and was super kind. And even though we’re delayed by traffic, they made sure to cook us a meal and had a heartwarming welcome! The views from our rooms were absolutely amazing. The bed was super comfortable! Showering while seeing the sunrise over the rice fields was dreamy!

This is an absolut gem! Absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartments are situated between a lot of trees and plants, looks very jungle like. I loved that you could hear sing a lot of birds between the trees. The rooms were incredibly beautiful, spacious and very clean. We arrived pretty late and hadn’t eaten yet. Although the chef was not there that night they managed to arrange great dinner for us. Staff were so eager to make us feel welcome - we felt like coming home. I hope to return some day.
