The hotel is set in a romantic garden of coconut palms and has a clean swimming pool big enough to take a few swimming strokes and relax aching legs after a day exploring pagodas and archaeological remains. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, as was the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and tries to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. There is also a restaurant in the garden, which serves very good breakfast and dinner. We would definitely come back.

Amazing location in the country side but near archeological sites, that you can visit by renting a bicycle . Gorgeous swimming pool , excellent foods and nice staff. Very comfortable room with an incredible bathroom and on top of all , the delicate, kind and warm presence of the owner.

Amila was very helpful with everything I needed. You can cook, wash your clothes, there is even unlimited drinkable water for you. WiFi is enough to have video meetings. Pretty convenient and cheap take-out 200m away that works late. Free bikes, use them even if they look like falling apart. The experience of biking around the Sacred City will be a nice memory.

Chaya manages the house perfectly and takes care of her guests with lots of love. We had a very good stay, an interesting cooking class and she made us very tasteful food on both nights. We were sorry to leave but will think of our stay with love.

Amazing homestay with a wonderful family! If you are looking for a fancy spa and expensive restaurants - don't come here. If you want to experience the local hospitality and "become a family member" for a couple of days, that's the place you are looking for! Fantastic place! I have used various accommodation options in Sri Lanka - from budget places to the best 5 star hotels. Staying here was one of my best experiences. Super clean room and bathroom, very nice and lovely owners and delicious food. Absolutely wonderful option in Anuradhapura!
