It was a great new hotel near the airport. The rooms were new and spacious, with all the needed amenities, and most of all, the owners were a charming couple who made us feel welcome. As a group, we ordered 5 rooms and breakfast, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. They made so much food, both Sri Lankan and Western, like a whole buffet only for us. The hotel also arranged our transfer from the AirPort with a new van and a private car, they waited for us at the airport exit and took care of all the luggage as well. All in all, I can't thank the owners enough for everything they did for us, and I highly recommend their charming hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent our last day and night at Wallawwa. It was an overall luxury and perfect to unwind after our travels. They have complimentary tea time and a happy hour, the pool area is gorgeous, everyone was helpful and kind. I wished we stayed for another night, it was a peaceful bliss!

Amazing view studio on the top floor of Serene Villa, and it was a wonderful experience. The space felt very private and peaceful—perfect for some quiet time. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, where I could watch flights landing in the distance without any noise or disturbance. It was relaxing and calming, and I loved the mix of privacy and scenery. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway near the airport.

    Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

    We stayed here overnight after travelling around Sri Lanka. We did not expect the warmth and kindness we received. The room was very cheap, yet large, clean and the proprietor even gave us lifts locally to the shops etc.

    I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.

    Great view from the balcony, the outside area is incredible. I would have like to investigate the grounds more, such an attractive building! And in an interesting area, bus stops right along the main road (about 5 min walk). The rooms are basic and could be cleaner. The ensuite bathroom was a little smelly. Wifi worked really well. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. We received a free bottle of water on arrival. Breakfast is available at an extra charge. The directions to the hotel aren't clear, the tuk tuk driver needed to phone multiple times, very kindly a staff member came to the entranceway to signal for us.

    Beautiful stay! Hotel chill airport transit stay is a perfect place to stay in katunayake . It is close to the center and the Airport. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Chill airport transit stay again. The price performance ratio is very good.

    The Hotel is located just a few minutes drive from Bandaranaike International Airport. They have a huge Food Court with an access from the Reception Area with plenty of Choices.     The price/quality on this room is excellent, very big room with al the facilities you need. We just stayed here one night before a flight. So location to the airport was great. The owner even arranged transfer to the hotel included in the price. Would highly recommend if you are on a stop over in negombo!

    Gorgeous hotel, huge rooms and wonderful staff. We were waiting for a friend coming into the airport so stayed for breakfast and lunch. The manager was very friendly and cooked us an incredible Sri Lankan lunch!
