Could not recommend Marion Villa enough! We stayed one night before flying home and were so impressed by the beautiful hotel. Clean, newly renovated rooms, rooftop area and great location. The family went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accomodate us during our stay, offering us a welcome drink, home cooked dinner and breakfast as well as airport transfers and recommendations for local attractions all for a great price. Such incredible hospitality and we will be staying here again on our next trip to Sri Lanka :)

This hotel was gorgeous, with the largest rooms we’ve stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff and hosts were so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the pool area was lovely – a great spot to relax. The airport transfer service was also exceptional – smooth and reliable. We would definitely stay here again, and next time not just for the convenience of the airport transfer but to enjoy a longer stay.

What truly impressed us was the attention to guest convenience. The shuttle service was punctual and hassle-free, and the front desk made sure we were well-informed about airport timings. For a short stay, everything felt thoughtful and well-organized. Bees Hotel Airport is the perfect choice for anyone needing a reliable, clean, and welcoming place near the airport. It was very good and close to the airport, check in and out was so easy,the room were a good size and clean,would have like to have a fan too in the room as it get a bit too cold with da aircon on trough out, especially when with kids, the staff was very very friendly and helpful, did go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable even tho it was a short transit stay in Katunayake

A well-managed hotel with excellent organization and cleanliness. Located in a quiet area, it's compact and conveniently close to the airport, with nearby markets. The staff were exceptionally helpful and easy to contact. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay near the airport, especially thanks to the transportation service provided by the accommodation. Overall great!

It was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was friendly. You felt like you were at home. The hotel atmosphere was also very beautiful. There was a home-cooked meal and a pharmacy in front of the hotel. And it was very close to the airport, just far from the city and the beach. Overall, I had two good and peaceful days here.

Beautiful garden, very clean and quiet rooms. The owner was very friendly, well looked after across all aspects and made our first night in Sri Lanka a very comfortable experience. Also you can see a nice view of the sunset from the hotel rooftop. We would love to stay at Lagoonstep again.

The place was beyond clean, it was spotless, the staff were very nice and helpful, professional. The rooms were very spacious. Meals were awesome. And the location was close to airport but far enough not to be bothered. Will definitely stay here again,and recommend to others. Lovely hotel

I really liked the hotel - a very big and clean room, nice shower, beautiful garden. It’s a small street, not the main road with its awful traffic and noise. The WiFi is very good. It’s only 10 minutes from the airport and the host provides a transfer, which is very convenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel next to the airport. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and eager to help with all our requests. Perfect choice for anyone needing a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport.

This hotel is ideally placed near the airport - only about 5 minutes by car - but there can be some noise from aircraft taking off / landing. The rooms were a very generous size and the bathroom was good, including a magnifying mirror. Staff were helpful.

Beautiful, quiet location. Lovely rooms and luxury beds! The staff are so kind, and the breakfasts here are so good! Can't wait to come back The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport. Highly recommendable hotel.

Such a great location, perfect for a good nights sleep near the airport. At the end of a nice quiet short small street. Walking distance to restaurants and shops for food/snacks. Definitely recommend, it will be our new airport hotel.

Rooms etc were adequate. Lots of noise from people in foyer. Ripped off with shuttle/car to airport. We paid the man at the hotel who then denied being paid and we paid the driver again. Very disappointing.

I recently stayed at City Hub Hotel in Katunayake, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel's location is perfect for travelers, being close to the airport and offering easy access to nearby attractions.

Very convenient hotel for airport transport, only 10 minutes drive. Rooms on the grand floor surranding the big swimming pool are lovely. Very helpful staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We could store our luggage in the hotel for 5 days. The aranged an airport pickup for a fair price.
