The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable places we stayed during our travels around Sri Lanka. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated having access to the kitchen fridge and the reliable Wi-Fi. Jaffna turned out to be an unexpected highlight of our trip — such a hidden gem! Highly recommended!

Best value for money. There are walls, gate, CCTV, an attached bathroom, a hot water shower, and A/C. Can park 2 cars. We spent 2 nights here. It's really good there. Security, facilities, and cleanliness are good.

Breakfast was good and the dinning area is very spacious. We stayed in 2- two bed room suite and we got one upgrade with a kitchenette free of charge. Very suitable for families with small children. Staff was very courteous and nice. Very close to Nallur temple. Nice Eating places like Lavine, Dinesh Bakery, Ammachi restaurant. J|afna town is easily accessible by Tuk Tuk.

The villa offers a personal butler and a personal chef for your stay. You can wish for any food you like and they will make everything from scratch for you. There is also a private swimming pool and backyard. The whole accommodation is five star european standard clean! Janakan, Mehkala and Ramesh took great care of us, we felt better than at home. Location is good. Room is very clean .my room cleaning boy (nishanth) is doing his jobb very will. Breakfast is very very good. Restaurant employees are caring us when we entered to the restaurant. All straff and employees are very very helpful to us. North gate hotell is super.. Super...Super.....Thanks to North gate hotel.🙏

I booked this property for my parents and their cousins. They really enjoyed the stay. They told me that the manager and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. They also mentioned that the breakfast was as really tasty with a good spread of authentic SL food.

From the moment we arrived, the peaceful atmosphere—filled with the gentle rustle of palm trees and birdsong—made it easy to unwind. The villa itself is impeccably maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The interiors are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities (like a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms) that made our stay effortless. But the true star of the show is the outdoor space! The sprawling garden feels like a private oasis, ideal for morning coffees on the patio, leisurely strolls among flowering plants, or evenings grilling under the stars. Our kids loved playing freely in the safe, open area, and we cherished the alfresco dining setup surrounded by nature. Location-wise, it’s a gem—tucked away for privacy yet conveniently close to Keerimalai’s natural springs and a short drive from Jaffna’s cultural sites. The quiet neighborhood added to the restorative vibe, but we never felt isolated.
