This was an absolute oasis and one of the biggest highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. Flawless service throughout from Ragu, Pugal and the whole team. Unforgettable accommodation and experience. The tour of the surrounding tea fields was brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The hotel is located near central area and it's really convenient to travel around the city. We got an upgrade of free breakfast and the food was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attended our needs. Would love to sty here for our next visit.

Location of the stay is very good and lake view in front of the room is the pleasant thing you can ask for when you get up in the morning.The owners helped us a lot with the check-in we reached in the midnight with out reservation and they helped us with the accommodation and even they did not charge us that night. such hospitality is worth visit again.we will definitely re-visit.

The room was extremely big, comfy, beautiful and clean, with super comfortable beds and stunning views of the mountains. Loved the silence and quietness there. Also the food was really good, and the staff so friendly and helpful. The hotel looks like a small hidden castle, highly recommended!!! A perfect place to enjoy a hide out in the mountains.
