My stay at the Glima Eco Lodge was an amazing choice and I wished I could spent more time here. Roshani and her husband are such an inspiring and lovely couple. They treat you like you re a part of their family and serve you one of the best food I ever had in my LIFE! The Eco Lodge is so beautiful, it’s very clean and so cozy. The lake is infront of you and you can hear beautiful sounds of birds. The fireplace and the environment is so relaxing and you have the space only for you! Excellent budget accommodation in udawalawa. Our double room was basic but clean with fresh towels and necessary things.

The hospitality, and privacy are unmatched in this touristy area, two small private bungalows, hidden in the jungle-garden. We had an incredible stay. Leel organised the safari, which was amazing. He knows the park well, doesn't stay in the beginning of the park but drives well in the park to find the best spots! Dinner (curry) was great, Leels wife is an amazing cook! Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

The stay was absolutely perfect! I wouldn’t change one thing about this place. We stayed for one night and from start to finish, the service and hospitality was exceptional, we were truly treated like family. The food was cooked fresh to order and absolutely divine, and we were fed until we couldn’t eat any more! The bed was super comfy and all the bathroom facilities were really good. The safari was great too. I don’t often write reviews but this place deserves one! The owner even called to speak to us just before we left to make sure we had a good stay!

Clean and tidy. The place was home away from home. Gayan’s mum cooked us delicious dinners and breakfast. She made special olive pickle for afternoon snack. Gayan found a place to stay for our van driver and took dinner to his accommodation. We used Gayan safari jeep and the safari jeep driver was very knowledgeable.

Everything was amazing. The room was big and modern and the hospitality was above and beyond. The best breakfast we’ve had in Sri Lanka and an extra plus was the swimming pool. We booked the safari through them as well which made the process so easy. 100% recommend.
