The most beautiful family of hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms are brand new, very clean and tidy and well presented. The food menu was simple and the food incredibly tasty... and extremely good value! Organised a full day safari jeep at a fantastic rate for us. The hospitality can not be over-stated... absolutely beautiful family! Definitely recommend.

We can a 100% recommend this resort for everybody. Stayed here 2 days and the personal does absolutely everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food they serve is really tasty and there is a evening buffet that you certainly will enjoy. You can have a nice walk to create your own mini-safari. The owner, Roshan, is a really nice guy and helped us with everything. Booked an amazing safari as well with a driver who new the animals and their patterns very good allowing us to see them all. Nothing but praises.

I can’t rate my stay highly enough. This is my second visit here. I came back to see if I could find the elusive sloth bear and I did on my first days safari I was lucky enough to have Anton and Randy as guides. Also saw a variety of birds and a leopard walking in a distance on the road, a truly beautiful sight. Second day I went with Chamod who was an excellent spotter of birds even saw a leopard on the beach across the lake. Of course this is a National Park and you have to be lucky to see leopards and bears but the quality of the guide is a must. This is why I returned to Anton and his team. The food was excellent and bountiful. Breakfast the morning I left was a feast . Nothing is too much trouble, one evening they even arrange a birthday cake for a guest after dinner. Water is provided also there was never a problem if I wanted coffee or boiling water for my tea. Anton is passionate about wildlife and his customers, you can really feel it. At the end of my stay he even took me to the bus stop and made sure I got on the right bus. I can’t thank the team enough for another amazing 3 night stay. You can go wrong with your stay here. Excellent accommodation at a budget price.

A great property in the forest right next to the road leading to Wilpattu (maybe 5 minutes from the entrance!). It is run by two charming ladies, who made sure everything was very comfortable for us, brought us fresh juices on our arrival, and allowed us to keep our luggage there for the entire day. The bed is very comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and it is very well kept. A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Wilpattu.

The safari with the guide that was very experienced, a 10/10 experience. The warm hospitality from the host and his wife. they were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. This is an amazing stay. We were only there for one night, but we were very happy with everything. The resort is gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh juice and a nice damp towel. The staff was incredibly friendly, they were willing to go above and beyond and answered all of our questions. It was also no problem to leave our bags while we were on a safari. In addition to that, we received a great take-away breakfast at 5.30am from the staff for our safari day trip. The pool is also great, just like the views. The location is also great, close to the park entrance and the bus stop. The room was super clean and the bathroom was a dream. I would highly recommend this place, for us it was 10/10 in all aspects.

Unique location and building very close to the national park, great service and excellent food from Chef Sandun. Peaceful place with a nice breeze and lakes nearby for bird watching. Great organisation and care to help with planning etc by Roshan. On safari we saw a leopard, elephant and plenty of other interesting birds etc.
