The room was beautiful, with a very nice view of the lake and the bathroom was amazing, the experience of having shower in the middle of the nature is so great! We also enjoy having drinks at night in the beautiful garden in front of the lake. The breakfast and the dinner is delicious. We took a massage and it was so relaxing… a perfect place to enjoy the nature (safaris are quite near) and relax

The owner was very nice to me. He offered me free drining water and arranged it himself. Two times I got lost, I couldn't find my way to the guest house, since it's a bit further inside from the main road. He was very kind to come and pick me with his motorcycle. The room and toilet was newly built and clean. AC was working perfectly fine, although during night I didn't need it. The bed was comfortable and huge. He also provided me with cutleries when I needed. There's public transport available to Pollonaruwa 10 minutes walking distance from the place. Getting a Tuktuk might be a bit challenging.

Once we left the crowded Colombo we arrived to this magical and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and a few minutes away from Polonnaruwa. The place, the room, the bath, the hospitality and the GREAT host that we had really made our visit worth it. We most liked that the owner is so passionate about his resort. He loved to show us around in his beautifull garden and everything in the resort is thought of and well functioning. The sister of the owner is an excellent cook and she makes a great Sri Lankan breakfast. Each day a bit different but always delicious and plentifull. Same holds for the optional dinner. Owner also has good deals and friendly and knowledgeable friends for excursions to the temples and Sigiriya and safari. We left to see other places but actually we didn't want to leave this little paradise.

We were initially a bit sceptical when we saw some negative reviews posted under the property, but we decided to give it a shot. And guys, that was the best thing we did in Sri Lanka! The place was the BEST! We had the most amazing time with our friends! The rooms were super comfy, nice and clean, and the pool was really clean and had the best view. The place felt so homely, and the staff was really helpful! We even went on an "oru safari", which was a safari in the lake, and it was one of the best experiences we had in Sri Lanka. The food was great as well. Some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much guys, for the amazing experiences, and keep up the good work! Even though it's been a few days since you started, you've got a long way ahead of you! Cheers, and hope to see you again soon! <3
