This little hotel is a true gem in Negombo. It's just off the main street enough to feel like a sanctuary, especially on the rooftop where there is a little restaurant serving excellent food, yet it's close enough to gorgeous beaches and great dining. We opted to stay at the hotel for dinner and I had the best chicken kottu I'd had while in Sri Lanka. The rooms are very stylish and the staff are friendly, professional and hospitable. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in Sri Lanka.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sonja and Bernard. From the moment we arrived, Sonja welcomed us so warmly that we immediately felt at home. She went above and beyond to make our experience special, even taking us to the local market and staying genuinely involved throughout our visit. The accommodation itself was spotless and very well maintained. The pool was beautiful, and everything was perfectly in order—nothing to complain about at all. The location was also great: a bit quieter and just outside the busy center, yet still close to everything you might need. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend staying with Sonja and Bernard.

It’s a pity we discovered this place only at the end of our trip, as we decided to stay here the night before our departure. Located 15–20 minutes from the airport, this spot is truly delightful. Very nice accommodation with super friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and good breakfast. Beach, restaurants and supermarket are all reachable within a short walk. We arrived in the middle of the night and the check in was no problem at all. The cats and dogs living there are not obtrusive - they're just being there minding their own business :D We loved to see how well they are being taken care of! We also booked a private driver to our next destination at the hotel which was by far the best offer.

It was a very nice place. Exactly what we were looking for to spend our last hours before departing back home. An excellent place to recharge batteries before heading to the airport. Goes without saying the hosts were super nice and easy going. Had a very good time at Hotel Transylvania. Wouldnt mind at all having stayed a few nights more
