We are extremely happy to have spent two days at the Capoe house. It was better and more beautiful than we had expected. We were picked up by the Ranger and got a little private Safari tour as he’s an expert of the local animals. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, and we receive the warm welcome with a High Tea. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful few as well as a big and clean bathroom. As it was Valentine’s Day, they had decorated the bed with flowers and given us a complementary heart shaped cake. There was definitely good and enough food and drinks and outdoors activity, you can for example get a private trip to the near waterfall without extra costs. There was also a yoga mat available and room service at all times.

Really comprehensive meal options with different fruits and western meal. The staffs are really nice and also share Sri Lanka stories and their own background which let us be more understanding local. This stay was my birthday celebration stay, and the staffs prepare room decoration for me with flowers which make me feel so warm and welcome. We had a great stay in here and will miss this place a lot.

Mountain Paradise Bliss occupies the upper floors of Nilowin Glenanore guesthouse (managed by another member of the same family). It has a quiet location on the edge of a tea estate near Adisham monastery, about 3km from Haputale town. The rooms are large, modern and well-equipped, with private bathrooms. The balconies have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Tasty local meals are available. Shan and his wife Piyumi are charming young professional hosts who can arrange excursions and hikes (including Horton Plains, Lipton’s Seat, Ella, Pekoe Trail). I have stayed here 4 times and am already planning my next visit.

I recently stayed at greenmoret agri tourism home stay in Bandarawela, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, making it a perfect getaway for those looking to relax in nature. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking 24 hectares of tea plantation, surrounded by luscious mountains. It is the perfect combination of peace and isolation amidst a breathtaking scenery. The staff were beautiful people, very helpful and accommodating. The views are splendid. The FOOD IS THE BEST PART. Amazing buffets, im usually not a fan of buffet, but they were real good. They spoil you rotten. I felt like being within the property only instead of going out.
