The hotel staff, along with the hotel manager and the hotel's four-paw manager, made us feel right at home from the very moment our car pulled up to the entrance. We had such a great time and highly recommend Amaroo. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was welcoming and polite. Amaroo is right by a surf spot and we enjoyed a surf lesson with skilled instructors - our surfing improved after just one lesson.

All was great. The hotel is very new and everything felt like that. Regular room cleaning. Individual wifi router in each room, high speed and good quality. The pool is regularly cleaned, warm water. Amazing manager. Friendly staff.

This was an amazing sanctuary for me at the end of the active days I was there. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing at night which was the perfect white nose to put me to sleep :) There was this one time when I could not get hold of anyone via the landline, however, the staff was super friendly and very responsive once you get hold of them. The manager was very accommodating and everybody was attentive with a big smile. The hotel is within walking distance of many local stores (restaurants and pharmacies) and also close to the bus and train stations.
