A fantastic place right by the ocean. The hotel staff, along with the hotel manager and the hotel's four-paw manager, made us feel right at home from the very moment our car pulled up to the entrance. The attention to detail was unprecedented, and the small touches everywhere continued to surprise us, even after a few days.

This hotel absolutely amazed us and truly stands out from the offerings in Sri Lanka. It seamlessly combines modern design with a touch of traditional Sri Lankan culture. An important detail worth mentioning is that the hotel is owned by a renowned Sri Lankan artist, and this is evident in every corner. We had a fabulous stay at the Temptation hotel. The room was gorgeous, and so was the view, the breakfast and the pool. We were met by excellent personell who made sure our stay was great from start to finish. We highly recommend Temptation and Hikkaduwa.

Great location - just set back from the main road of Hikkaduwa. Pool area was great - very clean, pool towels provided and awesome sun loungers. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast with fruit platter. We definitely would stay again!

Small hotel with a fantastic pool and next to the sea. Room was big and had a fantastic sea view. Beach in front is nice for a swim, no rocks. Acces directly from the hotel. Staff was really nice, breakfast and dinner were great. Last night the chef prepared a special dinner for us next to the sea with fresh fish and seafood. Wonderful experience. Totally recommended!

Fantastic location outside Hikkaduwa which means that it’s calm, silent and laid back. Lovely place, lovely staff and Nice to be there as a family due to the nice pool which is clean and cozy. Really helpful and friendly staff that makes your stay comfortable. Good homemade food. The place is better than it looks like in the pictures
