This brand new hotel is stunning and very clean. The pool was a beautiful spot, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The valet team was super quick, too. What really stood out was the staff. Mona, Grace & Hassan were amazing and helped me with everything I needed!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotello guest suites in Lebanon. From the moment I arrived, the director Stephanie's warm and helpful demeanor set the tone for an incredible experience. The level of service provided was exceptional, with every detail meticulously taken care of. The cleanliness and comfort of the place truly stood out. The suite was immaculate, making me feel at ease during my entire stay. The bed was nothing short of amazing, providing me with a restful night's sleep that I truly appreciated. The location of Hotello guest suites couldn't have been better. Situated in an amazing area, I had easy access to various attractions and amenities, making my trip all the more enjoyable. One of the standout features was the laundry service. It was not just good, but truly amazing, allowing me to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards guests truly made a difference in the overall experience. It's clear that they take pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

Room was very clean and the location was very close to shops/transports. Thank you to Miss Leah who assisted me with keeping my luggage in the concierge room and was very kind and willing to help whenever I needed help with. Also thank you to Mr Paul for showing me around and fixing the TV Chanels and also was eager to help when help needed. Moreover, I liked using the spa and massage facility service at the hotel.
