The atmosphere of the Hotel amongst the Forest and the Golf course without the noise of the city. It was a calming, soothing and serene experience and the set up of the hotel with mineral water flowing underneath and the amazing Purovel spa and the sumptuous food and service served at all the restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel for a second time and was completely satisfied with the level of service they provide. The hotel is located in a good place, rooms were clean, quiet and bright. The personnel was helpful and friendly, specially night manager Bakhyt and receptionist Aisha.

This hotel is for those people who wants to stay far from city noise as this is on the Mountain area so busses are not here only taxi. I love the staff they are ready to help you anytime of the day or night they are just wonderful! My experience with staff was just like family. I will definitely come back here and I will asks my mates to go here. 100% Rooms are spacious with balconies.

The location was great, a big mall with shops and all kinds of food is 10 min away. The park of the first president of Kazakhstan is 5 min away. The hotel is new, clean, and quiet, the restaurant downstairs has a nice menu for Breakfast, dinner... and it's open most of the day, prices are ok.
