Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. This place was really comfortable, and even bigger than expected. The location is also great: it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and taxis are easy to get with the Kakao Taxi app. The area is very calm, surrounded by fields and a couple of other resorts. There's a GS25 right down the street. The room was clean and super comfortable. We had a balcony with a sea view, and you can actually see the sunrise from the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was so spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessities. There is plenty space for parking and they offer simple but nutrient breakfast options. I really enjoyed the pool and bath every day. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, I recommend you try a yacht tour run by the hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectation and great value for money. I will definitely come back.
