My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us. The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!) The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately. The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions. Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

This is our first stay in Korea, we were on a trip to get our cat properly transfer to Australia. The cat hotel that our cat stays at is just one station away from the hotel, so this hotel appears in our search. The location is premium, just a few minutes walk from the station, near the main street where loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience shops are. The BBQ down the street was pretty good as well. We also had a lovely interaction with the hotel manager, who definitely saved our day later, cuz we needed to go to the quarantine department to go through the documents and procedures. We asked a favour if we could place our luggage in the hotel, and pick it up again after everything is sorted. The language barrier did not stop the warmth and kindness from the manager; he smiled and nodded, so we didn't have to go through the hassle of travelling with 2 suitcases and 1 huge backpack. I just wanna say, thank you, and the hotel itself is perfect in every sense, the self check-in system is advanced and quick, it is a hidden gem in the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel if your destination is near.

Absolutely everything, lovely staff, such an amazing room, great bathtub. The chargers were handy. Small shop with ramen and snacks and drinks in the foyer. The unlimited free water bottles were great too.
