- Location (near the watterfall) and the beautiful sea view - I have never seen so many interesting gadgets in one hotel room: record player, speakers, steaming closet, air purifierer, etc. Is it really only a two star hotel? I can hardly believe it. - The breakfast was carried to our room door in a basket. You can enjoy it at the balkony with no rush or other people. How cool is that! - In the case you need to leave the hotel before the breakfast, you can arrange it at the evening and take the meal with you.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

The friendliness and helpful staff made our stay excellent. Our hosts Mr Choi & Seo-eun-ji went out of their way to make our trip very memorable. Location was great, bus only in Jeju or taxi. Once you get your head around the bus system it was an easy way to get to scenic locations. Bus transit card is the same as the metro pass you can use it anywhere in Korea.

Seogwipo is easy to walk in and is close to several...

Seogwipo is easy to walk in and is close to several attractions. It is also a place where many people stay when trekking the Olle trail. There's a n open market and also a 5-day market. Buses are easy to negotiate and travel long distances. Pyoseon has the best beach (Pyoseon Beach) and is only 45 minutes from downtown Seogwipo and Jeju Folk Village is a 5-minute walk from Pyoseon Beach. The Folk Village is really worth visiting and can take 1-2 hours. Take bus 201. There are several museums of famous local artists. The walk to Cheonjiyeon falls is beautiful.

There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places...

There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places to linger more. We had a great all day tour through Jeju Namyang Travel with Mr. Kang as our guide. He took us all over the area. He was friendly and informative and made sure to take lots of pictures of us. We visited the waterfalls, Seongsan Illchubong, a folk village, forests, etc. We definitely want to come back and spend more time.

The street market was fantastic offering a broad range of food and clothing. The waterfalls and the nighttime light display were amazing and the golf course at Jungman resort was a golfer's paradise. eMart and the very prevalent GS25 convenience stores provided anything that may be required.

It is a lively little city within Jeju island. There are many good restaurants and cafes, especially along the coasts. There are many natural sights such as waterfalls, and black rocks, and lots of natural hills and mountains with wild flowers.

I liked everything about this charming hotel in a beautiful location in Jezu. I loved the pool, the view of the sea from the room, and the Jacuzzi tub with windows overlooking the same view. All the staff were very helpful, and the service felt very personal as they went out of there way to help. They booked us a taxi to tour around and to go thr airport. Fabulous buffet breakfasts. Nice walk near the hotel and a convenienve store across the street. Perfect for a weekend in Jeju.

Clean, very comfortable, close to Jungmun beach, wonderful pool, and tasty food! Pool is opened every day till late night, lots of things to see nearby and in Seogwipo. Airport limousine bus stope is just right at the hotel. Free shuttle is available at certain service time. Taxi and 🚌 not an issue in the area.

Lovely place with beautiful ocean views and Seogwipo port. The room is very confortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of restaurants around, all tasty. It was a very good idea to be in the city and not in a huge resort. Probably the best hotel in Seogwipo which is an excellent base for exploring Jeju.
