Excellent hotel. Very well located, close to great restaurant areas and the airport. The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is our favorite hotel in Jeju. This is not the first time we've stayed here. The location is very convenient. The waterfront is beautiful. The staff is wonderful. Especially the engineering department. Thank you to Mr. Kang for the delicious dinner and your help. They are always there to assist with any issues. We've been friends for three years. We're looking forward to visiting you. We tried the 1-kilogram steak at the restaurant, and we really enjoyed the fire-grilled presentation. If you're visiting Jeju, this is the place to stay. And only with a car. There are no problems with the rent.

Everything is good. Plenty of restaurants around and there’s a supermarket right next door at the back. The Dangmun market is less than 10mins walk. Our room has a view of the seas and pier. Vey mice.room is spacious. Bed is comfy.

It was an incredible stay. The personnel was very helpful and polite. We didn't know we had korean beds (sleeping on the floor) and when we asked to change our room to full-sized beds, they accepted without any trouble and no additional fee was required! The beds were so comfortable, so much so that we wanted to stay in our room all day. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Leo if you decide to visit Jeju Island. It's close to the airport and very accessible to the rest of the island by taxi. The reception will gladly call a taxi for you and a free shuttle from the airport is also available. Thank you Hotel Leo!!!!

Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. We slept really well in this hotel. The staff was really kind and helpful. It’s perfectly located near Hamdeok beach and the view from the room was beautiful. Clean bathroom and japanese style toilets.

    Jeju is just amazing, people are just exceptional around, very cheerful and very loving to the baby. We loved every bit of jeju, the clear blue sky, the beaches, the infra, coffee shops, bakery. Literally everything. Jeju is so colourful. Whereever the eye rolls its filled with hues. The place has its own vibe. Must visit once in life

    Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all.

    Jeju is a great holiday destination that caters to all. We were a group of three between 29-33 years old. Great and diverse food, amazing nature, great hiking trails, amazing beaches, locals who are used to both domestic and foreign tourists (+-13.000.000 a year) and competitive ferry pricing with eg Hanil ferries which you can easily book from 30 bucks round trip. Book the third class and proceed to chill on deck and in the on board restaurant as the trip is a mere 2.5 hours. Jeju city has a lot to offer, but the city in the south is also great (Seogwepo). If you feel like dining at the beach there are a lot of niche options like beach club Vadada and born to be burger/pizza at the pool and football stadium. Summarized we did not have enough on our long weekend trip there. 10/10.

    I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride...

    I didn't have the right bus card, but the driver let me ride anyway... I found an old bicycle on the street, but the seat was not rideable, I could ride it standing up but not sitting down. So I stopped in a car mechanic's shop and a simple fix for free and I was on my way. Jeju National Museum of Art was interesting.

    Our first visit to S Korea and we picked Jeju since we love nature and prefer to avoid crowded cities. Absolutely love the greenery and we were lucky it was hydrangea season hence we get to admire the beautiful flowers everywhere we go. It is recommended to rent a car for ease of travel; we adapted to the LH drive pretty fast and enjoyed driving around the island.

    Jeju is an island full of contrasts, where among basalt rocks we can find white sand beaches and cristaline turquoise waters. A delight to our eyes. It has a bit of everything. Mountains, folk villages, great museums, wonderful coastline, great food, lovely cafes, beautiful places to stay, lovely spots, waterfalls, caves, etc, etc. It is hard to describe the beauty of the island because one thing is to be there and another are the descriptions or photos that hardly make justice. A memorable place that will forget be in my heart.

    The location is excellent, mid in the center of the city, close to Dongmun market with many restaurants, cheap transportation, can be easily reach from Jeju airport by bus, e.g., bus 365 (cash is required without possibility to return the exceeding money so be prepare to have a 1000 KRW notes). Taxi is very cheap, e.g., 5 Euro from hotel to the airport (can pay by card). People are extremely friendly. There are many historically interesting places in the island.

    I liked the hotel for its location. It is very accessible from the airport; shuttle service could be arranged upon arrival in Jeju. There are many public buses that one can take from the bus stops near the hotel. The bonus point about Leo is the LG Tromm Styler in my room. I would use it to refreshen my clothes every day I got back from a day trip.

    Room was very spacious, during check in the hotel staff added in an extra bed at no charge. The breakfast buffet spread was very extensive and delicious. The fitness center was very modern and had many machines. The location was very convenient as it was in the center if Jeju City which made getting around easy.

    The hotel itself was great, had very friendly staff and a pretty good breakfast. The room was great, comfy and clean with a sizable bathroom. It's a great choice if you rent a car, as the hotel offers a free to use garage, also having a car is highly recommended for visiting most of Jeju island.
