Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to Stella Kim for her outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju Island. Very accessible, it's new, well furnished and gym & swimming pool facilities are complete. I love the ocean view and I could do my leisure run along the coast in the morning. There is complimentary American at the hotel's Cafe - Waveless and the Cafe overlooked the ocean and also offered some beautiful cakes.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Place is clean. Nice bathroom. Good location. Many restaurants, convenience stores and a few bus stops nearby. Friendly staff who could speak a tad bit of English and more in Mandarin. Allowed me to place my luggage there before the check-in time while I went for lunch. During checkout, I had requested the receptionist to call a taxi for me to go to the airport but he was honest enough to tell me that I can easily hail one from the hotel entrance and that saved me time and money.
