The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful! I was riding to the hotel from one of the main streets nearby, fell off my skateboard, luckily enough one of the workers was right behind me, he grabbed my board and offered me a tangerine! We loved our room! Bed was super comfortable and really big. There is a huge TV with Netflix as well and you can watch it comfortably from the bed. There is heating and aircon, so it is never too cold or too warm. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath tube. Everything is very clean. Staff does not speak much English but this is common in Korea. Also, the staff who is not good with English will use google translator, so you won't have any issues. Everyone working here was super nice and helpful. Internet works well and we were able to work remotely without issues. Would def stay here again.
