I stayed here with my boyfriend, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine warmth. The staff didn’t just greet us — they made us feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very near eateries and we don’t need to travel far to try black pork, it was just about 100m walk from the hotel. Nice to CU and GS25 are both very near. We also get to try bb.q chicken famous from Crash Landing on You Series as it was just around the corner. We don’t speak korean but the staff are accommodating enough to communicate with us while we use google translate. It’s really a great stay!

This hotel was beautiful. Easy walk to the sea, easy to catch buses. Far enough away from the airport to avoid airport noise. The pool was heated and had a rooftop restaurant next to it. We loved this place - me and two teen daughters.

The room was so spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessities. There is plenty space for parking and they offer simple but nutrient breakfast options. I really enjoyed the pool and bath every day. Every single staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, I recommend you try a yacht tour run by the hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectation and great value for money. I will definitely come back.

The situation for the beach was perfect, it's a calm area but plenty of bars and atmosphere. The buses are close too, so you can move around the island. The room was very big and the balcony perfect. They cleaned every day and changed the towels and amenities every day. They gave you free coffee at the entrance and kept your baggage if you have to leave later.

First of all, this booking was made very last minute as our flight our of Jeju had been cancelled due to the inundated snowfalls. We were stranded in this lovely island of Jeju for another 2 days. And I was glad that I booked this hotel. 1) Connecting rooms so I could be with my 3 kids. Now we have extra bathrooms so we didn't have to fight for toilets everytime. More space to move around too. 2) location of the hotel - few minutes from Jeju International Airport; walking distance to Lotte Duty Free;many restaurants around the hotel; a rather big GS25 convenience store right next to the hotel; and a lovely cafe (Flat 4 Coffee) right opposite the hotel - look for the green coloured facade and one oppa manning the counter. 3) Starbucks on the ground floor (lobby) in the same building which opens early - we grabbed quick breakfast before flying off to Seoul. 4) Helpful staffs who helped me call for taxi to airport on our last day.
