Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. Very good hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of local and western options as well as eggs made to order. The staff was very helpful and it was an added benefit that they offered a free airport shuttle. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well as an (somewhat limited) shopping street. All in all, great base for exploring Jeju.

We stayed here only one night but we enjoyed our stay. The stuff is very helpful and always smiling and kind. The room was clean, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good (eggs, ham, cheese, veggies even small waffles). If we stayed longer we would probably miss a bigger variety but for us it was enough.
