Very friendly staff, they allowed us to upgrade to a higher floor for a nominal fee which was great. The window overlooked the traditional village and the room was equipped with everything we needed. Location was close to everything and the lake was just down the road. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The foyers smelled wonderful!
