Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

The staff is extremely nice. They all speak english and they help you with whatever you need (taxi, flight information, restaurant reservations and recommendations, etc.) The rooms look quite high end and are very clean. The shower pressure is very good. You get a clothes dryer / refresher machine in the room which comes in very handy after eating in a BBQ restaurant, since it eliminates all smell out of clothes. The location is also great. There is a grocery store right next door, along with a smoking area. The hotel has a car valet who parks your car in the garage for you and gets it out in 10 minutes after requesting it. You can pay for breakfast whenever you want, and the food is really good, with lots of choices. I really couldn’t recommend a better hotel! Absolutely amazing.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Lotte City Jeju I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lotte City Jeju, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Stella Kim and the staff were incredibly attentive, making sure all of my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I felt right at home throughout my time at the hotel. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. I love everything about the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable (the bathroom is huge). The mountain view is stunning! The carpark is huge (but it can get crowded like what people mentioned; no sweat just drop your luggages off before parking your car). Nanta theatre is just next door (super recommended to watch since you're staying at the hotel and get 50% off! Go splurge on VIP ticket). There is a planetarium also opposite and yes it's a short drive to attractions such as Hallasan trails (Eurimok or even Yongsil), Jeju Stone Park and Ecoland. It's also quite near Jeju City (20 mins drive). Love the location but of course it's not recommended if u do not have a car. Will definitely come back here!

Cleanliness was top notch. The beds and heating amazing. Sometimes too hot but we didnt want to use the airconditioning in winter. Although there was an option. They gave us free water every day and cleaned the room regularly.
