NO WINDOWS. Great staff of course. Main bedroom was clean, bathroom could do with a bit of maintenence. Standard 'love' Motel. So great soundproofing, no noises from other occupants. Small room, but enough to walk around. Clean towels (bare in mind Korea uses small towels to dry off. So bring your big soft towel if you want to be enveloped) Very good area to shop, and eat. Close to the mavelous river and about a 15 min walk to Ansan bus station. Self service Laundry a few steps downstairs on the right with a really pleasant and helpful owner.

Shilla Stay Guro is a wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, a great location, and a cozy atmosphere. But what truly sets it apart is the staff — and especially Chloe at the front desk. Ten points aren’t enough to describe Chloe’s kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. She explained everything clearly, was incredibly polite, and genuinely caring. I’m especially thankful for how understanding she was when I requested a late checkout — my wife is pregnant, and her support meant a lot to us. I’ve never encountered such a warm and thoughtful front desk staff member. Chloe is a true example of excellence in hospitality. I highly recommend Shilla Stay Guro and sincerely hope you're lucky enough to meet Chloe during your stay — she’s simply the best! Highly recommended!

The staff were super helpful – they kindly helped me book an Uber both mornings since I couldn’t do it on my own phone. Their attitude was excellent, and the drivers they arranged were fast and smooth. Really appreciated it! The room was very clean and had an amazing view – I could see Central Park right from my window!

From Geumcheon-gu Office Station, the accommodation is 2 bus stops away (about 6 minutes), or 12 minutes on foot. The room was big enough for a long stay. It had a TV, desk, and air conditioner, which were very convenient. The bathroom was spacious, and both the room and bathroom had bright, adjustable lighting. There was no elevator, but the room was only on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so it was not a problem. The accommodation is located in Daemyeong Market, so I could enjoy local market food. There is also a 24-hour GS convenience store nearby, which was very helpful. It was a self check-in system, and the host responded quickly and kindly. Great choice for a business trip or work-related stay.
