Very beautiful hotel. It was very clean, felt like we were the first people to stay in this room. Bed was really comfortable. Big tv with Netflix, So we could relax after a full day of activities. We really enjoyed our stay and were a bit sad to leave.

Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved staying here! Our room was huge and the bed was so comfortable - I slept so well every night. Staff were very friendly and the location is great. Can't fault it!

The room was well furnished. Most of all we appreciated the safe and the two pillows. There was also a large TV in the room. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and a spacious two new looking saunas in the basement. One for women and one for men. The sauna was anything between 70-80 degrees. There are a couple of sights right near the hotel, so as tourists we didn't have to travel too far. All we had to do was walk out of the hotel and start exploring the varied streets of the adjacent village. Some of them had the occasional performance, and in some we found things like a museum of soju rice liquor production.

Breakfast was good, manager proficient in English and competent, he was very helpful when we asked for knives. Best staff! One front office staff was able to speak English and always smiling and helpful.
