Outstanding service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi outside the hotel. The staff in the reception were so welcoming and friendly and also in the restaurant on 1st floor, the woman in charge (sorry forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful, as well as H Sophoeat and staff at breakfast. The gym, the pool, the rooms, everything was great! The service of the staff was just excellent, the man from the reception (maybe his name was Kim Ladang) even followed us in the car to the ferry pier. And they drove us there for free too. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely oasis with amazing hosts, they made our short stay unforgettable and were so nice and helpful with everything we asked or needed. Free coffee, water and tea available. Totally recommended!

Although we stayed for only one night, we loved everything about this Hotel/resort. Everywhere we went, the property was obviously clean and taken care of. Our room was immaculate, clean and more than comfortable, bed was dreamy. The bathroom was very modern and again, immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a great space to hang out, enjoy a meal and drink while looking out over the city and sea. The pool was perfect. The staff are seriously next-level wonderful - warm, caring, professional . While checking in, I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. The staff went above and beyond to locate and have my phone returned to me. I can’t explain how fantastic the team are and how grateful I am for their support and care. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The owner of aura residence was really friendly and hospitable:) She even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us that we didn't even know about and surprised us in the morning 🫶🏼… rooms are large and new renovated …i can recommend this place :) .. thank you for such a nice hospitality
