The hot springs and the staff where very nice especially Nurzhan. Otherwise perfect place to stay if you want to go to ala kol or your coming from it.

We stayed here for 2 days, we had a great time, 2 people, we even stayed alone in a yurt for 4, good food and they even helped us to get back to the city by calling a car for us! A shower would have been great (there is none) .... after hours of hiking would have been nice 😂,maybe next time.

Perfect location and really lovely, friendly staff who really helped us out with an issue we had! Our yurt was comfortable and kitted with plenty of much needed blankets. Breakfast and dinner were fine and served at 6pm and 6.30am respectively, perfect timing for the hike! Plenty of warm tea offered :)

Really nice place to spend one or more days in Altin Arasan. It's perfect if you are hiking around the Ala-Kul lake. The valley is just spectacular. Everything (yurts, western toilets) seems new. The price is 2200 Com/person with breakfast, dinner and hot spring. Very recommendable!!
