Everything was perfect🤩! From the moment we stepped into the place, our satisfaction was the top priority of everyone involved. The ambience was impeccable! The cleanliness and comfort were top notch. The food was as amazing as the chefs. I am still amazed that such a place exists in Kenya, let alone Nakuru. We loved the decor and every detail put to uplift the mood. Will be sure to bring my entire social circle here. Simply Amazing. Ms. Mercy, who is the owner of the Facility, she personally drove down from Nairobi to meet us. Had a great conversation with her. It's a new Hotel, very well maintained. Small but one of the best hotels I ever stayed, even when compared to the likes of Europe and the US. We had our dinner at the hotel and the cheff and restaurant staffs were amazing. While leaving for Safari the next day after we checked out, we forgot the Kettle in the room and given that our baby was with us and I will have a hard time finding a new kettle outside the city, she arranged a conveyence to deliver the kettle to us in the Park. For the next day, the Hotel Staff prepared a hearty breakfast for us all,especially keeping the kids in mind. Would definitely recommend Rock Hyrax to anyone who plans to visit Nakuru.
