This place iMawe Zuri is a pearl. I appreciated the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff. This is a peaceful haven with a very appeasing sea view, which I was able to enjoy from the restaurant every day, both morning and evening. The restaurant's menu is delightful. I reccomand to try the mango shrimp and rice. There are also has a spa with massage offers, à gym and swimming pools. If you prefer the white sand ans wave Mawe is close to the beach. Bonus : and they can help you organising your excursions with a local guide and airport transfert from Mombasa and Malindi.

Everything. We visited the restaurant a year ago and had a fabulous meal. The pool was beautiful, and the hotel and restaurant also, all set in beautiful gardens. We decided to return and stay this year, again in September. We chose the Junior Suite on half board, option. It was superb. Lovely room with terrace and resident cat. Beautiful features all around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great food. Well stocked bar. etc, etc. And so peaceful. Manni is a great host, and very attentive. Breakfasts were also excellent, and the half board option is great value. Eunice the masseuse, and the new spa area, were also fantastic. Finally, the location was also superb. Away from the noise and people of Watamu town, but only by a tuk tuk ride. And Garoda beach is an easy walk. We will be back.

Superb breakfast sets. Everything is extremely tasty, colorful and fragrant. Varied dishes tailored to the needs of both dietary and national preferences. Service at every step with a friendly attitude and a smile. Thank you very much to everyone from the reception, cleaning crew, bar service and kitchen. for creating a family atmosphere of stay. Also great fellow residents from Italy, nice, open people, in friendly relations with me a Pole. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. We were planning to stay in Watamu for circa a week and had already another accommodation. Unfortunately that accommodation did not meet our expectations and we booked last minute Mida Creek Hotel. The staff was already by the last minute booking extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay we felt very welcomed. The food was prepared with care. The menu provides nice different choices and everything is fresh and prepared on the spot for you. A special attention deserve the tuna fillet and the freshly pressed juces. The place is spotless, everything is very clean and well taken cared of. You can even spend days not leaving the hotel and relax there because there is everything you need. It is located in a peaceful part of watamu and it is very easy to reach downtown watamu. What we also found very special is that the Hotel works in a very environmentally friendly way. No single plastic items are used and the staff comes from the local community. We highly recommend it!
