The apartment is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. WiFi works great. The apartment, especially the bathroom, was clean. There is also a work desk and a computer desk in the apartment. There is a security door to the hallway of the apartment. There were some insect issues due to the rain, however, after I reported the issue to the host, she addressed them quickly and had the maintenance man spray then the host had the place fumigated.

One of the best hotels not only in Mombasa but in the al Kenya with the best staff ever.!!!!!!!! From the reception to the restaurant and to the front door everyone is there to help you and make your stay smooth and pleasant. Yvonne was the first person we met and she offered us a free upgrade to our room and she also did her best and achieved to let us stay in the room until 2.00 o'clock although checking out time is 10.30. All the staff in the restaurant is excellent, polite and friendly. Everything is sparkling clean and comfy. There is a very good restaurant and a great bar next to the pool and thd food is quite good. Thank you very much guys for helping us with all our issues. We had a great time because of you and we are looking forward to see you again.
