We had a wonderful experience, location is great, the hotel has beautiful design. We stayed in a doubleroom. The bed was comfortable, room had complimentary drinks, I loved the bathroom amenities . Highly recommended for a stay!

There has been so much thought and love put into every detail of this hotel. The water room (tiled bath and shower room with no toilet) is sparkling and deeply relaxing. The wood design and artwork is exquisite. All the free amenities (drinks, soup, snacks, tea, juice) are a really nice and welcome touch.

Very good location - just 5 minutes walk to the Jr and bus station. Restaurants and shopping malls are also within 5 minutes walking. Easy to travel to all attractions too. Facilities are good and breakfasts are deflightful experience.

Had a delightful 2 nights here.. Could have easily stayed a few more! Had everything we needed with the bonus of block out blinds. Excellent place to stay while exploring Kanazawa. Only a short walk to the train station too.

Staff were very helpful. The Hotel was close to the Railway and Bus Stations. Room was very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than many Japanese hotels.

location -- close to where things I wanted to see within walking distance; breakfast was excellent, late night sake and soba noodles lovely. Easy atmosphere in the lobby, and easy and clean laundry facilities. Staff were all excellent!
