- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

This place will make you smile! It is a very generous size, seems like it could easily accomodate 4 people. It has a dining area, kitchen, games desk (lots of games!!) and a small upper floor space/attic. Be sure to find the privacy screens for the shower because the shower is in the kitchen and in full view of pretty much the whole apartment. Brilliant value for money!!! We loved it.

Language barrier was almost not a problem but we all understood everything it was excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent & very attentive during our meal. This was my second stay at the Keio Prelia, and again they did not disappoint. The room and breakfast were above par (with local cuisine!), and the hotel is located a short walk from U. Hokkaido as well as the downtown core. A late checkout took only minutes to arrange.
