- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!

A great price-quality ratio, a large room exactly like in pictures, a fully-equipped kitchen with wine glasses and other utensils, a comfortable bed (in my case it was two single beds put together), a walk-in wardrobe which is a nice element to it and the staff that went the extra mile to print out restaurant recommendations and a route to Teine ski resort when I asked. I came to Sapporo to ski so the location was key for me. To get to the Teine ski resort, you need to walk 15 min to Kotoni JR station and take a train for 20ish min to Teine station, then a bus (check the schedule in busy times!). A wonderful experience with the hotel that I would repeat without a doubt.

Only 5 minute walk from Sapporo station, rooms are large, modern and clean. A public bath is available and has a very nice experience. Very nice Hotel and Staff speaks very good English, 100% recommended. Breakfast was very nice, free tea and coffee is available inside the restaurant during the day.

Everything. How they have thought of every smallest thing you might need. Room was very specious compared Japan rooms for the same value. Room was very clean and well maintained. They had free hot drinks available from 1500hrs. Progress of laundry can be checked from the room. It was very close to Sapporo station. Convenient stores and restaurants close by. We had a wonderful time. It was so cozy that we even cancelled our plans for a day and just stayed in the room.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The location, close to the JR Train station was very convenient, with most attractions in Sapporo within easy reach. I visited Sapporo Sapporo again with my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. And we made another unforgettable memory in Sapporo. We have been assigned a room on 17th floor with a nice view , which has a cozy vibe . I think this hotel room has more space compared to other japanese hotel. We were very satisfied with the room condition and the staffs' hospitality & kindness. They also left us beautiful flowers with a sweet card to celebrate our anniversary, and this made our trip so memorable from the start. We really appreciate it. We will definitely stay in Keio plaza hotel Sapporo, when we visit Sapporo again. and also the location is perfect for travellers.
