The location is very good, very close to station and town. The gimmick of foot onsen in front of the cafe is so cute!! This hotel is minimal style with cute design and clean. Room size is wide and suitable for 3 people. The rooms are private, not too close to others. The staffs are so kind. The price is reasonable. It's included breakfast without any charge. There are delicious coffee with a set of bread, salad and sausages as breakfast set. The hotel provides ukata for all guests which we can wear to outside onsen and the town. The umbrella is available for guests too.

I had the chance to see the inn before the renovation and meet Nao San. Nao San is a great host. The inn is beautiful and clean. The scenery around the it is wonderful and everyone, workers and visitors were friendly and welcoming!! I promise to come back and see the place after the renovation ;)

While the famous public onsens of Kinosaki are just around the corner due to the central location of Kobayashiya, the three private onsen rooms inside the ryokan present an ideal opportunity to start the day in a relaxing fashion or simply enjoy some privacy in between. The Kaiseki (dinner menu) and breakfast were included in our stay and we would highly recommend adding the option. The dishes were carefully prepared with fresh, local ingredients (especially the fish and seafood) and present the perfect opportunity to experience and savor traditional, Japanese cuisine. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Japan. We would especially like to highlight the service provided during our stay. From the moment you arrive, everything is being taken care of, from providing the complimentary Yukatas and assisting you in dressing appropriately, taking the time to introduce and explain to you the dinner and breakfast menus, explaining everything about Kinosaki and its onsen culture or simply taking care of your room. You can simply relax and enjoy yourself.

I have no words to fully describe the amazing experience I had. From the check-in till the checkout all the employees where amazing into all aspects, letting everything prepared beforehand for the check-in, with the room selected, clear instructions about the facilities, the tour in the hotel and showing how to use the installation, the welcome hand made message with Origamis in the room, the amazing hotel Onsen (which for me was even better than the ones around the city), kimono selection and the support to understand how to use that, the delicious food that the waiter had an special attention and patience to tech me how to eat king crab... It was more than a stay as I said it was a full experience that I will sure experience again in the future :) thanks to all the team for the dedication, sympathy and care that you provided into all the steps of this experience:)

10 min walk from the station, this is a fabulous ryokan. The staff is really nice and accommodating, and the room is very traditional but still functional. There is a yukata and wooden shoes if you want to try them. The private baths are definitely a must, and the onsen pass provided by the staff is perfect to visit the 7 onsens of the town. You'll get a really copious japanese style breakfast and dinner.

Our short trip to Kinosaki Onsen was perfect and the stay at Asagiriso was a big part of that. The hotel is located just a short walk from the main street but this gives it an advantage of absolutely spectacular views from the rooms. River, flowing fields and storks - perfect view to wake up to. Room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The buffet style breakfast had an unexpected amount of interesting options and everything was very tasty. But the most impressive was the service. We've never experienced such care and enthusiasm from the hotel staff. Even with language barriers they made sure we understand everything, helped us choose yukatas, found extra large sandals for me, provided private transport to the ropeway etc. Extra thanks to the younger, super energetic man who took personal care of us and made sure we have a great time and don't miss our train. Thank you Asagiriso! Best hotel ever!
