I recently had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which I'd like to share. Due to unexpected delays, I wasn't able to arrive at the hotel before the last order of dinner. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and offered a flexible arrangement. They kindly arranged for a dinner set to be prepared for me even though I arrived later than expected. I was truly impressed by their exceptional service and attention to detail. What a beautiful hotel! As travellers from Australia, the staff were so accommodating with the language barrier, and were so warm and welcoming. The buffet was absolutely incredible, facilities perfect, games room for our 6 year old, even a shop! The candy station was also a big hit! Definitely would reccomend!
