This property looks great in the pictures with nice decor but do not go there if you dont want to get sick from serious damp spurs.the place is riddled with mildew and growing damp. The utensil and delph drawers had thick mildew growing all over it and the cups and plates wet with little damp mites crawling all over them. The curtains in the bedrooms covered in mildew, the lamp shades too.. The duvet full full of mildew.. The kitchen was filthy, the fridge had thick grease and dust on top of it and all the condenments shelving unit too The japanese style sofa had stains and were ripped, the shag pile rug was crawling. There was a cream bean bag that was fit to be thrown out with a substantial blood stain running the full diameter of it. We were disgusted as we worked hard to pay for this place.. the red flags started before we checked in when we got an email to say the dryer was broken and we only had 1 towel and a face towel each for a weeks stay. I honestly think they say that about the dryer as they dont want you to use energy. We contacted them everyday from day one and got the same response. Sorry for any inconvenience caused they would get it ckeaned properly when we left. We contacted booking.com who tried their best to get in contact with the owner and they were also fobbed off. They were brilliant trying to help us, they were told they were going to send a cleaner, a damp problem so serious could not be fixed by a cleaner, however it never happened. We wanted to move but couldn't afford to and they would not help us in any way. Its really not suitable to stay in , we all had headaches and sinus issues while staying there. The owner didnt care less..

The rooms are huge, clean and modern. Parking is free in the garage. The private jacuzzi was one of the biggest reasons I picked the hotel and we used it every day with the complimentary bath salt while looking out to the beach and the sea. The breakfast is very good, a Chinese style buffet using local ingredients. If you don't make up for breakfast you can use your meal ticket for lunch instead, but pay an extra 500 yen per person. The lunch buffet was a little nicer anyway so we did that twice. Overall we have no complaints. It was our honeymoon and it was very relaxing and the staff was welcoming and professional. I would go there again

Wonderful rooms near the beach with an ocean view. We had three massive rooms for six people which could have totally fit in a single room as well. Two showers, two toilets, a fridge, AC in every room, parking available. Would book again!

The first impression when you walk into the building is just breathtaking. It was like we stepped into a botanical garden, surrounded by all kinds of beautiful plants. Immediately my fatigue from the journey was lifted by the sight. The check-in was seamless and the staff extremely helpful. We had a small child and the women at the counter gave him a little treat which was lovely. The interior was absolutely amazing, all modern facilities that was nothing short of expectations.

Everything is awesome. Since the design and the atmosphere you breath into the hotel to the treatment received by the staff that it is unbeatable. Nana, the manager is always caring about your stay. She gave us some tips to explore the island. Thank you for such an amazing stay
