The hotel was incredibly clean. There are always multiple staff on-site to help. Be prepared to have a translation app with you as sometimes the English-speaking staff are not there. Either way, they will be quick to try and help you. The city of Seto has a fascinating history as a pottery village and there are wonderful museums and shops just outside of the hotel. The train station is a two-minute walk away. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I loved the eco-friendly program where you can get free alcohol if you don't replace your bedsheets! I'll take it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location near the train station was incredibly convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. They assisted with luggage transfer, provided fresh towels daily, and ensured every aspect of my stay was smooth. This one is a unique treasure. A proper glamping experience with a uniquely Japanese flair. A great difference in a trip if you wanted to get away from it all, but not be too far away from everything.

Breakfast was readily served at the time we had requested. There was good quality and variety of food served for breakfast. The hotel rooms and facilities were very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and we had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay at Sanage. We also enjoyed both the public and private onsens available at the hotel. I love the peaceful environment in and around the hotel grounds. There were some scenic spots for photo taking within the nearby grounds. There was a restaurant near the hotel that served a wide variety of food, and we enjoyed all of the several meals we had at this restaurant.

Everything was so clean and new. The water bottles, two bottles of wine and sweets which were given for us were wonderful. This accommodation was the best one we have ever stayed. It got everything we needed and more over. Kids enjoyed playing games with big screen.
