The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

Just few steps from the JR Station making it super convenient avoiding the harsh weather. Plus the hotel is quite modern with a great view. Location is perfect as it gives access to dining options and the mall is in the building.

One of the best accommodations in Japan. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Requesting cleaning, towel change and do not disturb is one of their best systems. The sento is great with options, inside and outside rooftop sections, with free ice creams any popsicle, just outside. The staff is insanely helpful, I left my card in my room and they just helped with no charge and I left my luggage with them early and they moved it to my room for me. Plus, just across the street is the bus that goes right to the airport. The stop is before Asahikawa Station and you are garunteed a good seat when you have to fly out
