My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I wish I could give it more than 10 if I could. Everything was very beautiful like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. We had some problem at the train station. The staff, Masaki-san, went to pick us up and helped explain to the train station personel about our situation. They also dropped us off where we needed to go with some good recommendations. The hot spring in the room was insanely beautiful. The public bath was comfortable and the food was beyond delicious. Words cannot explain how happy I am with the experience and I will definitely come back again when I have a chance.

Everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to go back. The room and amenities was great, especially the in-room onsen bath. Every meal was excellent and the staff were on top of things and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

The room was really good. There was a nice view. The private onsen was a first time thing for me. It was a really good experience! I had the occasion to eat there too at night. The taste and quality were outstanding. The staff was also really professional and lovely.

This place was superb! I went at the end of my Japan trip and Hakone and this hotel were the perfect respite from the busy travelling. The room was comfortable, clean, authentic, and had an amazing view of the forest. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and continuously went the extra mile with so many things including local recommendations and dinners. It really added to my time there and made it even more special. The onsen is superb overlooking the forest.

It was the highlight of our trip to Japan! We had an amazing time. The staff were wonderful, they made sure we had an amazing experience. I can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back. We also loved that we can hear the waterfalls from our room and it felt so peaceful!
