The staff is lovely and accomodating. Both the private bath, public onsen and private onsen are refreshing and outdoors. The food is amazing and the portions were great. Very quiet location and rooms feel very private.

I liked everything but I especially loved the Hot Bath and the systems and timings. It is the first time in my many travels that the Hot Bath was opened from 2:00 PM till 10:00AM which was perfect. In most other hotels the Hot Bath closes around 11:00PM so we have to rush back from dinner if we want to take a nice long bath. They also had a fantastic relaxation room for after your bath. You could literally fall asleep there in comfort. Breakfast too was good and the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Location was the best. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed more. Will go back for sure.

One of the best hotels at which I have EVER stayed... beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and in the larger double rooms incredibly beautiful bathrooms, beds, decor - everything was just stunning and incredible value. This hotel exceeded my expectations greatly! Friendly staff, daily room cleaning services, delicious breakfast buffet and super close to a train station, honestly what else can you ask for ? They have everything!! And it’s not too expensive either! Very good value of money if you’re travelling with a group.

The room was very spacious. Quite surprised to get such a big room. It was more of an apartment. Walking distance from Itami International airport so if you want to catch an early morning flight it is a good choice.

It was beyond what we expected. The staff were responsive, went above their duties to help us and drive us to and from our car parked away from the place. Suggested a restaurant then took the time to come back and check if were happy. We walked to the falls at night and it was magical.

It is so far the best vacation rental that I have been to! The place is modern, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay there and had BBQ at the terrace viewing at the magnificent scene. The staff were thoughtful and prepared all necessities for us, particularly for our kid. Truly recommended!
