An amazing location with amazing views. There is a games room where you can relax from a day of exploring the Mt Fuji area!! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. A special thank you to the woman that looked after the games room as she was great as a conversation partner and told me about many things to see in the area!!

I like the location. We could see Mount Fuji on the lake it was gorgeous. The staff was very nice. We got a complimentary tee on arrival☺️. The inside and outside bath are great.

The facilities are a little dated but perfectly clean and functional. The rooms are traditional Japanese style with mount fuji view that makes you travel in time. The person al was unbelievably friendly in a family like atmosphere.

Apart from the noise from the tatami room aircon unit everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the washing machine that one can choose temperature. The majority of washing machines here in Japan do not have that option.
