An exceptional place to stay. Fabulous location. The onsen was amazing - we each had an onsen morning & evening. Brilliant afternoon drinks buffet all inclusive. A perfect place to stay and explore the slopes.

Everything! The most loveliest hosts, felt really like spending the stay in their family. Since vegan dinner options were rare in Iiyama, the host lady prepared a vegan vegetable stew and tofu as a side dish just for me and we had dinner together at their family kitchen table. ♡ Though communicating in English was a bit difficult, the 3 of them made an immense effort to communicate with me via Google translate - loved and enjoyed learning more about Iiyama, their life and Japanese culture so much! Also, met their lovely daughter Natsumi again by accident in Nozawa at Haus St. Anton a few days later which was lovely! :) Thank you for everything!!!

    It's close to the Snow Monkey Park and Obuse is close by...

    It's close to the Snow Monkey Park and Obuse is close by with the Hosaki museum and nice shopping area. I didn't go into Nakano itself. Very good location by the main road but no noise in the bedroom.
