Amazing hotel and design. The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

Loved the vibe, the decor and the helpful staff. I felt it was particularly thoughtful of the hotel to put the washstand outside the bath/toilet area. This way, the second person doesn't have to wait for the first one to vacate the bath/toilet just to use the wash basin.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcomed us with a beverage when we arrived ahead of our designated checkin time. The onsen was beautiful and guest area with snacks and drinks was well appointed and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again if ever revisiting Kyoto.

The hotel is near the Toji Station (and not far from the Kyoto Station). It's very convenient. Plus, near there are: a very good restaurant, a konbini, a KCF, a Book-Off and the Toji Temple. Cozy and spacious room, even for international patterns. Bathroom equiped with all amenities, bathtub and ceiling shower spacious and remarkable clean. Excellent location, in a residential neighbourhood besides a bus stop that leads you to main touristic spots. Besides that, the htl has excellent restaurants (open to the public), a public Onsen. And the service was flawless. Next time in Kyoto, I would get back to this hotel, for sure.
