Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. The staff, Yuusuke-san, was very helpful with checking in, checking out and very friendly indeed! Room was spacious and well equiped. Clean environment is definitely a plus for this hotel. Strategic location to restaurants, convenient stores, and to Tsuruhashi station. Just a side note, the area around the hotel has more Korean restaurants than local, not a downside but something worth noting.

This hotel holds a special place in my heart. It was the first one I stayed at during my first trip to Japan, and I was so impressed that I came back the second time, and will continue to do so every time I visit Osaka. The rooms are beautiful, clean and traditionally styled. Breakfast is delicious and varied, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I especially loved the chance to join experiences like zazen meditation at no extra cost. You can truly feel the Japanese spirit of doing everything with care, intention and heart. A wonderful place I’ll always return to.

Great Location, really close to Dotonbori plus a few shopping areas. Accommodation was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. The Vending machines and we lounge area was relaxing. And lastely so close to the most amazing bakery, coffee and cafe Sakimoto - you will not regret going there for breakfast.
