That was a great hotel and experience - Japanese bath / spa and Finnish sauna were great. Between 8-11am there is hardly anyone, especially during the last hour it was literarlly empty. Breakfast buffet was good with large variety to choose from. And the room with trains view and sitting area next to the windows were very much appreciated by our 5yo. Parking is a bit non-straighforward but quite convenient in the end - best to park in the 3rd level of the Starton parking from which you'd just walk through the terrace / mall to the hotel's elevator. Don't forget to give a parking ticket to the hotel staff for a discount stamp whe parking overnight.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first! Great rooms, comfy beds, good showers and a delicious breakfast buffet. Also, we had a wonderful view of Wakayama Castle. We couldn't have asked for more.

The onsen and it's facilities were fantastic. We all left feeling very relaxed. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice hotel, next to the station, the room was spacious compared to the usual, and a very reasonable price. We didnt try eating anything though.

The room is beautiful and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean overall, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of food and a few tasty desserts. Plus, the hotel is right next to the station!

For the price that we paid it was exceptional! It was a 5 minute walk from Wakayama Station. The rooms were a good size and were clean and well supplied. The breakfast included with the room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
