Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

My rental car can not be started in the morning of the check out date, your reception staff (I’m not sure he is Nepal or Pakistan) help us a lot (his English/Japanese speaking is very well) to contact and coordinate with rental car company and road assistance company to solving car problem. Supportive and friendly staff, allow to checkin early. Boss is very enthusiatic ,especially Mr Yamamoto and service staff lady who instruct us in detailed bus and train routes to airport. Breakfast provided and interesting Lunch Dinner Menu. He took us to nearest subway station freely on early morning to catch up with airport express train . Highly recommended this hotel.
