Even though the location is remote, a bus line arrive directly at the hotel. The onsen experience was great, even having Yukata for our 3 years old! Board games for kids and a long walk around the lake with some kids playground made it for a great time with the family. Food (breakfast and diner) was excellent, and a nice gift shop very well priced on the location!

The staff were really helpful with additional requests and information, the room was clean and well maintained, the onsen was absolutely beautiful and an amazing experience for both genders.
